Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat Handling other department responsibilities as needed Requirements 2 years professional call center experience Polished written and verbal communication skills Strong computer and phone skills Willing and able to work nights and weekends Friendly, fun to work with, & flexible A self-motivated, customer-focused, superstar team player Knowledge of cigars is HELPFUL but NOT required.
